Ole Kiraka a.k.a Super Mambo, as is popularly known by his fans, was released today morning after enjoying services of/as a ‘guest of state’ of Tanzania at a police station across the border, near Namanga Town. His woes began late last Friday night, when as usual, he crossed border to Tanzania to perform at a popular joint. While performing his first single ‘Wacha Utiaji’ alongside the club's in-house band - Punda Mgonjwa, and with the club full house, Super Mambo noticed some TZ policemen on patrol had entered the club to grab two for the road to ease the cold of the very night. According to Super Mambo, the policemen looked cold and bored. This is when he decided to psyche up his new fans (policemen) with some lines from his new single, ‘Mikono juu! Mikono juu! Mr. Officers! Naomba niwashike! Mikono juu!’ This was committing a major ‘seppuku’. On hearing this, in the blinking of an eye, the policemen rumbled Super Mambo down-a-floor and frog matched him to the nearest police station. He was arraigned today morning in court and with a charge sheet of attempts to ‘harass’ and ‘arrest’ innocent policemen but was set free without bail.
